Do I need to own the website?
You should only turn sites you own or have permission for into apps, especially for Google Play.
Can I change the URL later?
Yes. Change it in the Content step and build again with the same key and a higher version code.
Does it support http:// addresses?
HTTPS is recommended. Plain http works too, and a local bridge helps bundled pages reach http APIs.
